Why This Initiative Matters
In countless homes across India, school remains a distant dream — not because children don’t want to study, but because life doesn’t allow them to. Poverty, early responsibilities, gender-based expectations, and lack of awareness often rob children — especially girls — of their right to education.
We launched Rise Through Education because we’ve seen too many futures being buried under the weight of silence, stigma, and survival. A girl forced to drop out after puberty. A boy who sells vegetables by day and hides his textbooks at night. A teenager who has never touched a computer in a world that runs on screens.
This campaign is not just about education. It’s about restoring belief in possibility.
Free Seminars on Awareness and Sex Education
In communities where even the word “period” is spoken in whispers, our workshops gently and respectfully introduce conversations around health, boundaries, respect, and consent. We don’t preach — we listen, we inform, and we support.
These sessions are conducted with trained facilitators, especially for adolescent girls and boys, in both slum clusters and rural settings. Because education is not just about textbooks — it’s also about dignity, safety, and self-worth.
Basic Computer and IT Literacy
For most underprivileged youth, computers are things they see through shop windows. We change that.
Through community centers and pop-up digital labs, we introduce students to basic IT skills — from operating a keyboard to understanding the internet, using spreadsheets, and writing emails. Many of them learn how to build resumes, apply for jobs, or even explore online courses.
It’s not about turning them into tech experts — it’s about giving them access to the world.
Beautician & Vocational Training for Women
Education isn’t limited to the young. Many women who never had the chance to study are now stepping into classrooms for the first time — to learn a skill that helps them earn.
Our beautician courses are designed for dignity. Women are trained professionally in grooming, skincare, and hygiene — not just to build careers, but to rebuild their confidence.
The sparkle in their eyes when they take their first client is proof that education, at any age, still matters.
Free Tuition for Underprivileged Students
From Class 1 to 10, we run free remedial classes that help students catch up on school learning — especially first-generation learners who struggle without home support.
